JEE Main 2017- Online Exam Question Paper
JEE Main 2017 Online exam was conducted on 8 and 9 April 2017. According to the experts, the exam was easier than the last year. Few candidates faced technical glitches during the exam but, most of them were resolved quickly (in matter of minutes). As per the experts, the exam was of average difficulty level, but slightly lengthy.

JEE Main 2017- Paper Pattern
Here is the paper pattern for JEE Main 2017 Paper 1 and paper 2 is described below in detail:

JEE Main 2017 Analysis- Overall the paper was easy and direct. Most of the questions were directly from the syllabus. Few questions in Physics and Chemistry were directly from the NCERT textbooks. However Math section was tough and lengthy.

JEE Main 2017- Physics Question Paper Analysis
Questions were of average difficulty level. Most of the chapters were covered. Overall 6 questions can be considered tough, 10 easy and 14 of average difficulty level. The paper was well balanced.
JEE Main 2017- Chemistry Question Paper Analysis
The chemistry paper was based on simple concepts. Anyone who had gone through the NCERT chemistry textbooks completely would have excelled in this paper. 10 questions were from Organic chemistry, 10 from inorganic and 10 from physical chemistry. There were no questions on metallurgical topics. The paper can not be more balanced than this. But it was a difficult paper.
JEE Main 2017- Math Question Paper Analysis
Overall, the math paper was of average difficulty level. 5 questions were of JEE Advanced level. 10 question of NCERT level and remaining decent questions. Overall I will say it was a good question paper.
JEE Main 2017 Question Paper- Cut Off
The candidates can expect higher cut off of JEE Advanced 2017.
Physics Question Paper Cut off
Cut off can be little higher this time as compared to last time.
Chemistry Question Paper Cut off
I am expecting little lower in cut off this time as compared to last few years.
Mathematics Question Paper Cut off
I am expecting the same level of cut off as last year.
About JEE Main Exam
More than 10 lakh candidates appeared in JEE Main 2017 in 1,781 centres across India. The exam is used for admission in most prestigious engineering colleges the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), deemed universities and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTI).
JEE Main 2017 was conducted in two parts -Paper I and Paper II.
Paper-I is mandatory for all aspirants BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Planning. This exam is conducted both in online and offline mode. Paper-II is only for B.Arch/B.Planning aspirants. It is conducted in offline/ pen-paper mode only.
